True to our name—the Italian word for "Tailor"—we manufacture 100% of our carbon frames in-house, blending traditional craftsmanship with advanced composite engineering. Yes. Sarto designs and manufactures its own carbon frames in Italy and offers custom geometry and lay‑up options. At The Wheelhouse, we take detailed fit and riding information and work with Sarto to create a frame that’s built around you, then complete the bike with a fully custom build.

We start with a conversation about how you ride and what you want from the bike. Then we complete a professional bike fit using our ID Match system to dial in your position. From there, we help you choose the right Sarto model, geometry, components, and finish. Once your frame is built in Italy, we assemble and tune the complete bike in‑house.

Yes. While our shop is based in Calgary, we work with riders across Canada and internationally. We handle the fit process remotely when needed, then build and ship your Sarto bike with careful packing and ongoing support.
