BIKE CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY
We are so happy to hear that you want to join us for a Wheelhouse bike camp. To avoid any confusion, we want to clarify that all cancellations need to be made directly with us via email at email@example.com
To ensure that you have the best possible experience at The Wheelhouse, we have a few cancellation policies in place. So, if you choose to cancel your registration, the Wheelhouse Camp will refund your registration fee as follows:

To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required.
Cancellations must be made 120 days prior to the scheduled bike camp in order to be eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid. Cancellations with less than 30 days' notice or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit.
Cancellation Due To COVID-19
If your trip is forced to cancel due to COVID-19 we can transfer 100% of your funds to future camp credits or work with us directly for an outcome that is best for you. Please note that medical cancellation will be the responsibility of your personal travel insurance policy
