BIKE CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY
We're thrilled you want to join us for a Wheelhouse Cycling Tours bike camp. To avoid misunderstandings, please note that all cancellations must be made directly to us via email at email@example.com.
For your convenience, we have established a clear cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. If you cancel your registration, you'll receive a refund of your registration fee according to the following terms:

To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required.
Cancellations must be made 120 days prior to the scheduled bike camp in order to be eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid. Cancellations with less than 30 days' notice or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit.
Cancellation Due to Unforseen Changes
In the event of unforeseeable changes to flight arrangements, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed that no refunds shall be issued for missed or cancelled flights. Participants assume full responsibility for obtaining any necessary travel insurance to protect against potential losses or expenses resulting from such cancellations or missed flights. If your trip is forced to cancel due to COVID-19 we can transfer 100% of your funds to future camp credits or work with us directly for an outcome that is best for you. Please note that medical cancellation will be the responsibility of your personal travel insurance policy
