Anything we offer is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your order for some reason, simply return it to us within 30 days and we will exchange or refund it.
Is it possible for me to return the item(s)?
Returns are accepted on items that have not been used, damaged, or changed in any way within 30 days of delivery and are still in their original packaging. Bike parts and components that have been mounted on a bicycle are not returnable or exchangeable. All hang tags, original packaging, and paperwork must be included with the returned product, and it must be packed properly to avoid shipping damage.
When returning your equipment, do not use the manufacturer's packaging as a shipping package. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict refunds for goods that do not meet the above criteria.
How do I return an item?
- Complete a Returns Form, filling in all relevant information
- Enclose your completed returns form inside your parcel
- Drop it off at Canada Post
- No aerosols or combustible products

Please follow these instructions if you wish to return your items to us directly or if you live outside of Canada.
Fill out a Returns Form completely and accurately, as an incomplete form will cause your return to be delayed in processing. Include this form with the item and package up securely. Do not affix the postage label to the product packaging, shoe boxes etc.
Please note that we will not refund any shipping fees in this situation, unless the item(s) are defective or you got the incorrect product. We strongly advise you to use a service that includes a postage certificate and a tracking number.
You will need to contact us with the following details to arrange a collection:
- Your full name and collection address including postcode
- Order number and confirmation of which product(s) is coming back to us
- Your preferred date of collection (Monday to Friday only)
- A contact number in case the courier needs to get in touch with you

When will I be refunded?
The WheelHouse will complete the refund transaction within 1-5 business days after receiving and inspecting the product(s), and you will receive an email confirmation with the refund number. Please be aware that depending on your financial institution, the refund can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
You can make an exchange in one of two ways, both of which begin with you placing a new order for the replacement product you want:
- FAST TRACK EXCHANGE
If you want to receive the new product asap, your new order will be processed and shipped out before we receive the returned product. Your credit card will be credited for your new order, and we will process the refund for the returned item as soon as we receive it.
- STANDARD EXCHANGE
Alternatively, you may return the unwanted item to us, and we will only ship your new order after we receive the returned box. Your credit card will only be charged (or refunded) for the price difference.
