HOW TO DETERMINE

My Road Bike Size

Purchasing a bicycle is often a complex process. After you've decided on the color and model, you'll need to figure out what size is best for you. Age, level of fitness, and spinal flexibility are all important factors. At The Wheelhouse, we strongly advise all riders to have a proper bike fit before investing in a new bike. We will lead you through the ID Match Bike Fit system, which will evaluate your standing posture, foot posture and stability, pelvic rotation, and any asymmetries.

The chart below provides a general guide to determining your Colnago bike size based on your height. This is a straightforward solution to a complex problem; it's basic, but it's accurate for the vast majority of riders.

When it comes to height, it's common for one measurement to be halfway between two measurements. It should be noted that a smaller size creates a more aggressive, "racing" riding position, making the bike more brilliant and agile, while a larger size creates a more comfortable riding position, making the bike more stable.
