Without going to crazy about this trainer, let me start by saying I have been riding the previous version of the Elite Direto Indoor Trainer for the past couple winters and I'm totally floored by the upgrades Elite has made the Directo XR. Noise, Smoothness, Responsiveness, Pedal Feedback all have been improved and now this indoor trainer is a serious contender when paired again the Wahoo Kicr and Tacx Neo 2t.

Aside from these hardware upgrades, a few tweaks to the ERG mode algorithm make it more responsive and the trainer now comes with a 1-month free Zwift subscription. The Direto XR is one of the most powerful trainers on the market, with a maximum resistance of 2300w, measured by an actual integrated Power Meter, rated at 1.5% accuracy. The trainer communicates via ANT+/BLE and supports all the standard axle sizes out of the box (130x5mm, 135x5mm, 142x12mm, 135×10-12mm & 148x12mm).

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
