Selle Italia UNICA is one more way to make that fit more personal. It pairs the idmatch pressure-mapping system with a made-to-order 3D-printed saddle, creating support based on the way you load the saddle. This is not an off-the-shelf product and it is not a generic 3D-printed pad. Your pressure data informs the internal lattice structure and cushioning stiffness, so the saddle can provide support where your body needs it and ease unnecessary pressure where it does not.

The proven shape remains familiar: choose the Selle Italia SLR 3D or Novus Boost Evo 3D platform, with Carbon or Elite rails. What becomes personal is the 3D-printed cushioning structure inside it.

How the UNICA experience works

1. Start with a dedicated UNICA consultation. We discuss your riding, current position, saddle history and the comfort issues that are worth solving.
2. Measure what matters. Using idmatch pressure mapping, we record how you interact with the saddle and review the data with you.
3. Choose your platform and place the order. We guide the SLR 3D or Novus Boost Evo 3D and rail selection, then place the custom order through the authorized UNICA process. Selle Italia estimates roughly three weeks for delivery after the analysis.
4. Fit it to the bike. When your saddle arrives at The Wheelhouse, we install and position it so the personalized support works within your complete riding setup.
