SL Disc — lightness meets the climb

The SL Disc is Officine Mattio’s climbing-focused carbon road platform, developed around a responsive feel out of the saddle and consistent handling on the way back down. Start with the frameset, then work with The Wheelhouse on the fit, road groupset, wheels and finishing choices that suit your riding.

Frameset or considered road build

The frameset starts at $9,300 CAD. A complete bicycle is not included at the frameset-only price. Road groupset and wheel choices are separate decisions; the selected configuration determines the total. Photographs show a manufacturer reference build, not a promise that the pictured components are included.

Fit before final specification

Choose a starting size, then confirm the geometry and contact points with The Wheelhouse before production. Any made-to-measure request, special component or unusual fit requirement needs a project-specific review rather than an assumed inclusion. Paint references: Ice, Rubin and Pine

Explore three illustrated SL paint references in the gallery: Ice with ice-blue accents, Rubin with ruby-red accents, and Pine with green accents. The detail photographs show the colour accents against the dark frame finish. These are illustrative paint references, not a guarantee of current stock or a confirmed manufacturer paint code.

Commissioned finish status: TO CONFIRM. Exact colour: confirmed with the rider before production. Tell The Wheelhouse which reference you prefer, or discuss your own colour direction. Final colour, finish and availability are agreed for your commission before production. This is a made-to-order project, not a painted bicycle sitting in stock. The existing custom-colour option adds $500 CAD; the agreed colour is recorded in the order specification. A RAW/unpainted finish is not offered as a selectable stock option on this page.

Ordering through The Wheelhouse

This is a made-to-order SL Disc project. Final paint, frame size, component compatibility, cockpit fit, what is included and production timing are confirmed with The Wheelhouse before the order proceeds. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
